2. User Obligations

As a client of Psych Up Clinic, you agree to the following obligations:

a. Appointment Cancellations

  • Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee

b. Payment Terms

  • Payment for services is due at the time of booking or immediately following your session, depending on our payment arrangements..
  • If payments are not received, Psych Up Clinic reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are cleared.

c. Code of Conduct During Sessions

  • Clients are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during all interactions with Psych Up Clinic staff.
  • Disruptive, inappropriate, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

3. Limitations of Liability

While we strive to provide the best possible care, Psych Up Clinic does not guarantee specific outcomes from therapy or consultation services. You understand and agree that:

  • Psych Up Clinic and its providers are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that may arise from your use of our services.
  • Therapy and consultations are intended to support personal growth and mental health, but individual results may vary, and success is not guaranteed.
  • If you have any concerns about the services provided, you agree to notify us in writing.

4. Disclaimer

  • The services provided by Psych Up Clinic are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or advice. If you have a medical emergency or require immediate assistance, please contact a medical professional or emergency services.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time, with or without notice.
